Q1: How to connect the watch with your phone?

Download the ‘InxFit’ App, There are 3 ways to connect the watch after you registering an account and logging in. (Make sure 8luetooth is turned on in the phone, don‘t connect directly in the 8luetooth list)

Method 1: Open the ‘InxFit’ App, tap ‘Device’, tap ‘Bind device’ at the bottom of page, tap ‘N29’, tap ‘√’ on the watch screen, allow 8luetooth pairing request and tap ‘complete’.

Method 2: Open the ‘InxFit’ App, tap ‘+’ icon on the upper right corner, tap ‘Add device’, tap ‘N29’, tap ‘√’ on the watch screen,allow 8luetooth pairing request and tap ‘complete’.

Method 3: Open the ‘InxFit’ App, tap ‘+’ icon on the upper right corner, tap ‘Scan code’, scan the QR code (Find and tap ‘Setting’ in the watch, tap ‘About’, swipe down to find the QR code), tap ‘√’ on the watch screen, allow 8luetooth pairing request and tap ‘complete’.

Q2: What should I do if the device fails to connect?

1.Please check whether the watch device is connected by other smart phone. You can disconnect the watch with other smart phone, forget the N29 in the 8luetooth of other smart phone and restore the watch to the factory settings.

2.Please make sure that no “N29” in the 8luetooth list of the smart phone before connecting. Just turn on the 8luetooth and enter the “InxFit” app to bind the watch with app.

3.If you use another account to register the app, please restore the watch to the factory setting and bind the watch with app again.

4. If you still fails after trying the above steps, please make sure no N29 in the 8luetooth, restore the watch to the factory settings, delete the app and install the app again.

Q3: How to use message reminders?

If you allow all permission when you install the InxFit, please connect the watch with app directly and follow the steps below.

You can just tap ‘Device’ in the app, tap ‘Notice’, open the app notification you want and tap ‘√’ icon on the upper right corner to save the settings.

If you don’t allow all permissions when you install the App InxFit，please connect the watch and follow the steps as below.

For iOS phones:

Step 1: Tap ‘Settings’ on your phone, tap ‘8luetooth’, tap the ‘!’ icon behind ‘N29’ to open Share System Notifications.

Step 2: Tap ‘Notifications’ on your phone Settings, tap ‘Show Previews’, choose ‘Always’.

Step 3: Tap ‘Device’ in the app, tap ‘Message Notification’, open the app notification you want, and tap ‘√’ icon on the upper right corner to save the settings.

For Android phones:

Step 1: Tap ‘Notifications’ on your phone Settings, tap ‘More notification content’, choose ‘Show notification icons in the status bar’. Then find the ‘InxFit’ app in the phone notification, click the app and allow notification.

Step 2: Tap ‘Device’ in the app, tap ‘Message Notification’, open the App notification you want, and tap ‘√’ icon on the upper right corner to save the settings.

Note: Make sure that the app that receives the message can display notifications in the status bar.
