The chaotic, glitzy showcase for the buyer know-how trade referred to as CES happened this primary week of January. While most people on the planet had been nonetheless nursing their New Year’s hangovers, the tech producers, retailers, distributors, media, and common outdated vacationers descended on Las Vegas, Nevada, for 5 days. In the conference middle expos and resort ballrooms, they interacted with robotic assistants, strapped on some digital actuality headsets, and took leisurely spins across the car parking zone in self-driving vehicles.
